Weaving Layer
It is manufactured as a woven jacket layer (plain weave) from high-strength industrial polyester weft and warp yarn.
It has a special weaving structure that minimizes pressure losses.
Provides excellent protection against physical and chemical damage between the Inner and Outer coating layer.
Inner and Outer Coating
The hoses are 1½', 2', 2½', 2½', 2¾', 3' and 4' (in.) and the inner diameter of the hoses:
1½' 38 mm
1¾' 45 mm
2' 52 mm
2½' 64 mm
2¾' 70 mm
3' 75 mm
4' is 100 mm.
Hoses according to their inches: 20-25-30 mt lengths.
One-step production method is used with "through-the-weave" extrusion method using a specially formulated thermo-rubber mixture.
It has a smooth inner layer that reduces friction loss and a special coating that increases resistance to oils, chemicals and friction.
Non-porous outer layer that prevents harmful chemicals from damaging the woven layer.
It is produced with a special formula that can provide lower (-30°C) temperature resistance.
Only the hose will be shipped, hose fitting and clamp must be purchased separately.
